Thomas Caffarel & Ben McWhorter of Cardinal Strategies engineering group promoted to principal

As Cardinal Strategies continues its growth initiatives, it strives to reward its employees by promoting within.

Thomas Caffarel, recently promoted to principal, will continue to serve as the manager of engineering services of Cardinal Strategies Engineering Division. In his role, he will be responsible for the overall performance of the group and cultivating relationships with municipalities and land developers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

 

Ben McWhorter is Cardinal Strategies Engineering Division’s newly appointed principal, West Texas team lead. In his new role, he will work to grow Cardinal’s reach in the West Texas region and manage the Lubbock, TX office. He will continue his production management role and mentorship of Cardinal Engineers in Training (EITs).
