Join us in welcoming the new members of our team!

We are expanding here at Cardinal Strategies and wanted to introduce you to our new team members:

First up is Brittany Jones. Brittany is joining us as our Office Administrator. She grew up in a little town about ten minutes outside of Farmersville, Tx and graduated from Bland High School. She is currently working on earning her degree. Her interests involve PC Gaming, picking up a good book, and cycling.

Next, we would like to welcome Jimmy Simpson, who is our GIS Analyst for our Lubbock Office. Jimmy grew up in a small town outside of Lubbock, TX where he began to develop interests in the fields of biology, chemistry, and engineering. He left west Texas to attend Texas A&M University in College Station to study biology. Jimmy spent his time outside of class in a crop genetics research lab and later as an undergraduate teaching assistant. After completing his bachelors in Biology, he began working as an environmental scientist in Dallas, Texas to apply his unique biology and chemistry background. During this time Jimmy discovered the importance of geographic data in the environmental industry and began to shift his focus into GIS applications. He eventually shifted into working full time as a GIS analyst and became proficient in soil and groundwater GIS applications such as subsurface model and high accuracy data collection.

Jimmy joins Cardinal in the Lubbock, Texas to expand his GIS experience into stormwater engineering and in part to return home to west Texas. In his free time, Jimmy is an avid fan of college football, enjoys a round of golf on the weekends, and reading books on quantum mechanics.

Next, we would like to congratulate Pedro Silva for becoming an Engineer in Training (EIT) at our Wylie location. Pedro originally joined Cardinal Strategies in a Co-Op position in Lubbock and has decided to take the step in furthering his abilities! We are so proud of you Pedro!

Lastly, we would like to introduce our two interns, Cole Anderson and Braden Strother. Both are rising high school seniors with strong engineering interests. Our interns are an invaluable to the success of our industry!

Big things are happening in our industry and we couldn't be more excited to see what each of these members bring to the team moving forward! Congrats everyone!
